Hidden Restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong

This was a random restaurant we found on our way back to the hotel. I don’t even know what it’s called but it’s located in Tsim Sha Tsui, it was a narrow side street and we were so tired so I didn’t remember or look for anything near it.
ร้านนี้คือไม่ได้ตามบนอินเตอร์เน็ตหรืออะไรเลยนะ แต่เจอโดยบังเอิญคะ ระหว่างทางกำลังกลับโรงแรมพอดี มายจำไม่ได้ด้วยง่ะว่าชื่อร้านชื่ออะไร รู้แค่อยู่ในย่านจิมซาจุ่ยเนี่ยแหละ อยู่ในซอยแคบๆหน่อย เป็นเหมือนถนนเส้นเล็กๆ แต่ตอนนั้นคือเหนื่อยกันมากแล้ว เลยไม่ได้มองดูรอบๆร้าน จำไรบ่ได้เลยยย
The front of the restaurant looks like this, it was just a small and simple restaurant selling kinda fast food. There wasn’t many people sitting in but they kept coming in and out, so it wasn’t quiet either.
หน้าร้านก็จะเป็นแบบนี้นะคะ ค่อนข้างเล็กแล้วเรียบๆ เป็นร้านขายแนวแบบอาหารจานด่วน เหมือนตามสั่งบ้านเราคะ ร้านนี้คนค่อยไม่ได้เยอะมาก แต่ก็มีเวียนเข้ามากิน แล้วออกอยู่ตลอดเวลา บรรยากาศเลยไม่ได้เงียบมากคะ

The food was surprisingly good tho! My brother got a marinated tender beef and rice and it was really really good! the beef is so soft and full of flavor! I stole just one bite and then he finished it in like less than 5 minutes.
ถึงจะดูเรียบไ แต่อาหารร้านนี้เด็ดอยู่นาาาาาา น้องชายมายสั่งข้าวหน้าเนื้อหมักตุ๋นไปคะ ละคืออร่อยยยยยยย เนื้อนี่นุ่มมาก ไม่เหนียวเลยแม้แต่นิดเดียว ฉ่ำ หอม รสดีมากมาก มายขโมยกินได้แค่คำเดียว น้องมายก็กินหมดเลย ไม่ทันจริงๆ ไวเกิ๊นนนนน

But mine wasn’t so bad, I got a marinated pork belly with rice. It was a bit blend but luckily they poured over the sauce too and I added some chili oil they have on the table. I added only the chili flake not the oil and BOOM! The spiciness made this dish perfect! And they always put vegetable on the plate in Hong Kong, no worries.
เมนูที่มายสั่งก็ไม่ได้แย่นะคะ มายสั่งเป็นข้าวหมูสามชั้นหมักคะ มันจะรสชาติน้อยกว่าจานเนื้อหน่อยนะคะ มายว่ามันจืดไปหน่อย แต่โชคดีเค้าให้น้ำราดมาเยอะอยู่คะ แล้วมายก็มีใส่เหมือนน้ำมันพริกราดลงไปหน่อยคะ แต่ใส่เป็นตัวพริกนะ ไม่ได้ใส่ตัวน้ำมัน พอใส่ปุ๊บ ยูววววววววววววววววว ความเผ็ดนี้ทำให้อร่อยมากกกกก อร่อยจริงๆนะ แบบ งั่มมมมม และไม่ต้องห่วงนะคะ ที่ฮ่องกงเค้าจะใส่ผักคู่มากับข้าวให้เราตลอดคะ
Now, what I’ve known from walking in to a random restaurant is that we don’t have to always follow the famous restaurant they recommend online to find a great food to eat. Find your treasure yourself, maybe you can be the first to find a great place and tell anyone.
การที่มายได้เดินเข้าร้านแบบบังเอิญ ไม่ได้ตั้งใจไปเนี่ย ทำให้มายคิดได้นะคะว่า การไปเที่ยว เราไม่จำเป็นต้องไปตามร้านที่เค้าแนะนำบนอินเตอร์เน็ตเสมอไป บางทีเราอาจจะเจอร้านเด็ดของเราเอง หรืออาจจะเป็นคนแรกที่เจอร้านดีดีเพื่อไปแนะนำให้คนอื่นรู้ก็ได้น้ะ อิอิ
