So we went to Central area in Hong Kong. I’ve been to Hong Kong for several times but I’ve never been there before, but this area is like the cool places to go do businesses. Because most people I saw walking around were wearing formal outfits for their work like suits or blazers. But they also got a lot of wall arts there too.
ไปฮ่องกงมารอบนี้มายได้ไปแถวย่านเซ็นทรัลมาตะ คือไปฮ่องกงมาก็หลายรอบนะ แต่ไม่เคยไปย่านนี้เลยง้ะ ย่านนี้นี่เป็นแนวแบบเจ๋งมาก สำหรับคนที่จะมาทำธุรกิจนะมายว่า เพราะตอนเดินเล่นนี่เจอแต่คนใส่ชุดทำงาน แบบใส่สูทไรงี้ แต่ในย่านนี้ก็มีผสมกับพวกศิลปะกำแพงให้เห็นด้วยคะ
Not only the wall arts there, I also heard that the best egg tart’s shop is around here! So I’ took my chance and went to check the place out.
คือไม่ใช่แค่มีศิลปะกำแพงนะย่านนี้ แต่มายได้ยินมาว่าทาร์ตไข่ที่อร่อยที่สุดก็อยู่ในย่านนี้ด้วย! แน่นอน ไม่พลาดอยู่แล้วววว มาถึงที่ก็ไปกินซักหน่อย
Well it wasn’t difficult to find, we just walked around and found it before we even know. It’s called ‘Tai Cheong Bakery‘. It’s kind of a small and old-school shop on the street, there’s no space for you to sit and eat but you will have to buy it on the go. But believe me, it’s worth it even if I have to sit right there and finish the tart.
ร้านนี้ไม่ได้หายากเลยคะ คือเดินตามแผนที่มาเรื่อยๆ รู้ตัวอีกทีเจอเฉยเลย ร้านนี้ชื่อว่าร้าน Tai Cheong Bakeryy คะ เป็นร้านเล็กๆ แนวเก่าๆหน่อย อยู่ริมถนน ในร้านจะไม่มีที่นั่งให้ซื้อมานั่งกินนะคะ ซื้อกลับบ้านได้อย่างเดียว แต่เชื่อเถอะะะ อร่อยยยย ถึงให้ซื้อมานั่งกินหน้าร้านก็ยอมมม
This tart is special, it’s not like any other egg tarts I’ve eaten before. You guys probably think I’m crazy, an egg tart is just a tart. I was, first thinking that too but when I bite into it, the filling is so good. It was too sweet or too eggy smell but it’s perfect, the texture was just a little harder than a custard so it wasn’t too runny but then wasn’t too hard. And the crust was also perfect, some might make the crust too thin because they might thought the customers want it like that but it’s actually the balance we want and this is just PERFECT!
ทาร์ตอันนี้คือพิเศษจริงๆง้ะ มันไม่เหมือนอันอื่นๆที่เคยกินมา ทุกคนอาจจะคิดว่า ‘ไอ่บ้า ก็ทาร์ตปะ จะไปพิเศษยังไง’ ตอนแรกก็คิดงั้นเหมือนกันแหละ แต่พอได้กินเท่านั้นอะ หร่อยยยยยยย คือไส้มันแบบอร่อยมาก คือไม่หวานเกินไป และก็ไม่มีกลิ่นคาวไข่ด้วยอะ แต่คือดีมากจริงๆ เนื้อมันจะแบบคล้ายๆคัสตาร์ดไม่เหลวไปจนไหลเยิ้ม แต่ก็ไม่ได้แข็ง ส่วนแป้งที่เป็นขอบคือมายชอบมาก บางที่เค้าจะทำขอบแบบบางๆเพราะคิดว่าคนซื้อจะชอบ แต่จริงๆมันอยู่ที่ความเข้ากันมากกว่า ซึ่งอันนี้โอเคมากกกก
